Regional Channel Lead, Platform Fulfillment

We are seeking a passionate, driven and entrepreneurial individual to join us in building the largest and most innovative tech-driven logistic company and ecosystem in South East Asia. This role sits within the regional Platform Fulfilment team, you will be the voice of Lazada Platform and Channel partners within Lazada Logistics, defining practical solutions and managing our logistics offering to enable our partners with an efficient supply chain and streamlined experience.

Your Roles and Responsibilities

• Align with channel’s strategic objective, responsible for end to end supply chain and logistics solution. Cooperate with business, logistics operation, product and tech team to achieve the objectives.
• Define and align performance KPI with platform/commercial partner, oversee performance focusing on financial gain and customer satisfaction, proactively identify issue, and coordinate resolution or improvement across functions
• Logistics Business partner to platform & voice of Platform to operation to ensure our supply chain is as efficient as possible, streamlined channel fulfilment experience to partners and sellers
• Own channel policies, governance, pricing strategies, drive Kaizen & strategically pipelined opportunities, collaborate with cross functional team to design and rollout sustainable solutions with the goal of optimizing cost, efficiency, scale and experience
• Drive continuous innovation by crafting practical solution (involving BRD, pricing, procurement/partner review, new product intro) to complex cross functional issues that enable fulfillment and execution at speed, cost and quality

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have

• 5+ years of supply chain consulting, strategy and/or solution design
• Highly analytical with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience in logistic, operations, industrial Engineering, supply chain in eCommerce industry will be an added advantage
• Strategic problem-solving ability to design and operationalize solutions from concept to implementation independently
• Track record of managing cross functional team to complete time sensitive projects
• Experience with data visualization tools such as SQL is a plus
• Take charge in situation of ambiguity and adapt quickly to fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, proficient in excel, comfortable dealing with big data for analysis and modeling
• Strong business acumen with exposure to complex commercial management
