:

•Assists system operation lead during UAT/BVT

•Collaborate with internal and external team for D2C projects

•Assists system operation lead in term of administration and report

•Helping system operation lead to troubleshot/replicate/report s.com issue

•Daily support, helicopter view for promotion planning and review

•Working on helicopter view for MX+CE B2C/O2O/3PD/EPP/UPP promotion review and planning

•Assists system operation lead for price setup review

•Troubleshot related platform issue

•Working with operation staffs for end to end e-commerce process (D2C)

•Monitoring s.com functionality, make sure customers have seamless journey

•Working closely with AEM B2C Assistant Manager for front-end issue

•Working closely with CoEC team (regional platform operation)

•Working during emergency issue (during weekend, late night support, public holiday)

Qualification Requirement:

•Bachelor degree from computer science (more preferable), IT (more preferable), commerce, business, or other related field

•Detail oriented with analytical mindset

•Familiar with e-commerce flow from end-to-end

•Preferable to have SAP Hybris Commerce experience

•Preferable to have SAP ERP experience

•Familiar with API and multi-systems integration

•Strong data driven

•Responsible and can-do attitude in fast paced environment

•Fluent English language skill in written and verbal presentation
