Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure all interaction services normal an Ensure all service request and complaint on target service level
2. Have capability to monitor outstanding all service request and complaint
3. Fulfill and resolve all customer service request and complaint
4. Manage and assist workload during peak time to maintain service to customer
5. Perform team monitoring and coaching to improve team performance
6. Coordinate with training team and Quality assurance for quality improvement
7. Representing team on project or initiative
8. Manage relationship with internal Contact Centre and external to follow up customer’s request and solve complaint.
9. Coordinate with training team and Quality assurance for quality improvement
10. Representing team on project or initiative
11. Manage relationship with internal Contact Centre and external to follow up customer’s request and solve complaint.
