PF Indonesia is a rapidly growing company that is looking to revolutionize the industry we operate in. We are a team of passionate and driven individuals looking for a like-minded CTO and Co-Founder to join us on our journey. We have a working product that has garnered significant interest and now we are seeking a technical expert with leadership abilities to take us to the next level!

As the CTO and Co-Founder, you will be responsible for leading the technical direction of the company, managing all aspects of product development, and providing leadership to the technical team as well as the organization as a whole. You will work closely with the CEO and management team to set the vision and strategy for the company and ensure that our product is the best in class.

General Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the CEO to define the technology strategy and vision of the company

- Oversee the development of products from ideation to launch

- Manage a team of developers, engineers and designers

- Design and implement processes to ensure the successful delivery of software applications

- Identify opportunities to use technology to improve business operations

- Manage ongoing development and maintenance of the company's existing infrastructure

- Work with the CEO to identify and pursue potential investors or strategic partnerships

- Create and manage a budget for the technical side of the business

General Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

- 8+ years of experience in software development with a track record of successfully delivering products

- Experience managing and leading technical teams

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with non-technical stakeholders

- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing start-up environment

- Strong knowledge of modern web development technologies and programming languages

- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure

Specific Responsibilities and Qualifications:

- Have ability to build Fleet Management Application from the scratch

- Have ability to maintain, operate and scale up the FMS application regularly

- Have good understanding about the world of startups, founders, and a bit of corporate finance

- Have entrepreneurial mindset and mentality (Determination, Focus, Drive, Decisiveness, Independence, Flexibility)

- Strong leadership and business acumen

- Experience as C-Level is a plus

- Senior Tech who is keen to be a tech entrepreneur is also a plus
