Sap Functional Support Manager

An excellent opportunity for a SAP Functional Support consultant.

The ideal perosn will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP-related technologies within the organization. He/She will be hands on and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the SAP system while aligning it with the company's business objectives.

Strong knowledge of SAP modules, such as FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, etc.,Should have Hands-on experience in S/4HANA.

Key responsibilities:-

1. Manage user access, security, and overall system administration, ensuring that data and information are safeguarded and available to authorized personnel.
2. Develop and deliver training programs to educate end-users on the functionalities and capabilities of the SAP system.
3. Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
5. Develop & build user reports for the senior management for decision making

He/She will have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years + experience in providng functional support either within a coporate or a consultant company. a person with good attitude and well developed interpersonal skills.
