Job Description

Requirements:

  • Proven experience across multiple SAP functional modules, working with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure effective, efficient delivery of business process enhancements.
  • Experience in cross-industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
  • Experience in direct 3 full cycles SAP Implement the configuration of the management plan.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in SAP HCM module.
  • Proactive, and ability to work with all levels of the organization, both technical and non-technical.
  • Must be a “team player” able to work with management in developing and implementing new processes and enabling systems. Able to work with end users’ group to define application needs and identify feasible solutions.
  • Certification in SAP HCM area is a plus.
  • ABAP basic knowledge.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in to-be process detail design, system configuration, and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements.
  • Prepare and execute testing, prepare and conduct training, support user acceptance tests, and perform post-go-live support.
