We are seeking a meticulous and analytical SAP FICO Specialist with a strong interest in learning and the ability to lead. As part of our team, you will leverage your experience in SAP FICO Modules to support our operations and contribute to our financial business processes. You will play a pivotal role in conducting thorough requirement gathering, creating detailed documentation, and developing effective testing scenarios. This role requires excellent communication skills, a well-structured approach to tasks, and an ability to identify and prioritize critical concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed functional specifications for SAP FICO operations.
• Design and implement effective testing scenarios to ensure system efficiency.
• Assist in the monthly closing process, identifying and resolving any potential issues promptly.
• Maintain configuration changes and produce configuration documents to track system modifications.
• Provide support for daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and system functionality.
• Develop user guides to aid understanding and effective usage of our systems.
• Conduct and facilitate meetings, and create detailed minutes for record-keeping and follow-ups.
• Create and present comprehensive assessment results.

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of financial and controlling transactions is a plus.
• Experience in creating and implementing testing scenarios.
• Experience in at least 3 full cycles of SAP FICO Module implementation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to create detailed requirement documentation in English.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and structuring skills.
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive requirement gathering.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to identify critical concerns and recommend viable solutions.
• Experience in the multifinance business sector is advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a strong interest in continuous learning.
