Job Description

Job responsibilities:


- Develop strategic sales plan for each division (CD and SI)

- Set and meet annual targets

- Developing relation with Potential Customers such as from BFSI, Retail, FMCG, Telco industries

- Create annual sales and marketing budget

- Coach direct reports

- Monitor professional development and training direct reports and sales team (sales skills, negotiation skills, product knowledge, product messaging)

- Liase with client, IT vendor

- Monitor competitor activity and gather market intelligence

- Liaise with project manager and technical team
