Job Description

We're looking for passionate individuals to join our IT Business Alliance team to be a part of an exciting journey of our digital transformation.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure the deployment process run smoothly
  • Document grand system design to be used as the standard for IT solutions to support the business
  • Act as a single Point-of-Contact for users and stakeholders related to internal demands for system development in KB Bukopin
  • Perform administrative duties related to IT projects.
  • Develop BRD and monitor UAT
  • Coordinate with users and stakeholders in gathering information in order to understand business needs and assess impacts


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) from Computer Science or other relevant field.
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Minimum 1-year experience as IT Business Analyst / Business Alliance (internship experiences are welcome)
  • Able to Work from Office in KB Bukopin Headquarter (Pancoran, South Jakarta)
  • Knowledge of project management
