We are seeking an IT Systems Analyst for Manufacturing to join our IT team, to be located Karawang.
Your Day-to-Day

• Act as a key partner to business stakeholders, solution architects, development teams, central Service and Project Managers for systems under responsibility
• Provide run and support of IT services to internal customers, acting as service provider for selected systems - ensure adherence to KPIs and compliance with IT roadmap, policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Involve in Digital competencies and capabilities building in Manufacturing organization
• Proactively seek ways to optimize and improve IT services
• Gather and document functional & technical requirements in collaboration with relevant experts, plan and coordinate change requests and maintain documentation of IT and Digital solutions
• Play critical roles or lead the implementation of new systems and Digital initiatives in the Manufacturing area as part of the Industry 4.0 journey

Challenge

• Factory operates 24x7
• Cross-site support for Factories in 2 different locations

Working Environment
IT works in the office at the Factory, however under particular conditions there is possibility to work from the production floor with safety as precondition.
Who We're Looking For

• A person with a strong continuous improvement mindset, is self-motivated, has a "can-do" attitude, problem-solving skills, has excellent communication and is ready to work in a challenging business environment
• ≥ 4 years of professional experience; especially in system development and implementation of related projects in multinational companies or in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven experience working with MS SQL, MS SSRS, .NET programming, and familiarity with MS Windows Server & Client environments
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in information system, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Have an understanding of key IT Service Management processes (e.g. ITIL)
• Able to work individually and collaborate in teams

Will be an advantage

• Familiarity with business processes in Manufacturing and understanding of MES, LES, and SCADA class systems
• Experience in GMP and CSV (Computerized System Validation)
• Have experience in Project Management and IT methodologies such as DevOps & Agile
• Experience in developing solutions with Power BI, Cloud Computing, Industrial IoT, Machine Learning, or AI
