About the Role

IT Business Analyst or IT Project Lead is responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and finding technological solutions to business needs, among other duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between IT department and executive branch.
• Gather, analyze, and define current business processes and requirements.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs.
• Serve as a communication bridge between different business branches.
• Ensure timely delivery of product increments by the end of each Sprint.
• Maintain visibility and transparency of product backlog items for the team.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product needs and gather requirements.
• Track, report, and resolve requirements issues promptly.
• Support Project Manager in delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Support users during deployments and implementation activities.
• Collect feedback, conduct research, and provide insights for product refinement.
• Communicate project plan, status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team to create Sprint planning and establish goals.
• Ensure the development team understands business needs clearly.

The successful applicants will have :

• Demonstrable problem-solving, prioritization and organizational skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
• Possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of prior experience as an IT Business Analyst, IT Project Lead or IT management position
