5+ years of prior experience as an IT Business Analyst, IT Project Lead or IT management position

Have at least 1 year experience as a team leader of small teams (4-6 Pax)

Have good adaptability and learning skills

Have strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Quality Assurance: You will validate deliverable from the BA team and ensure the developed solutions meet the specified criteria.

Min Bachelor Degree from a reputable university  in a relevant field (Information and Technology)

'8+ years of experience in marketing or FP&A management position or consultancy

Brand & Product Management expertise

Co-customize and provide support for the execution of the brand/innovation strategy for the BUs that is consistent with GSCP principles

Key point of contact for leading alignment of cross-regional and cross-BU priorities, and resource allocation for innovation and big bet development.

Deliver GSCP Compliance and Franchise Model Compliance with regards to marketing protocols as per the new BU structure.

Provide capability and strategic input to BUs for their strategy execution in local markets

Ensure management of IT related business risks (Cyber, BCM/DR etc)

Guide and advise them on achievement of European regional objectives, responsibilities and accountabilities

Manage key business stakeholders & users expectations of IT

Strong breadth of IT knowledge pertinent to markets (business opportunity focused)

10+ years experience in IT leadership roles with blue chip company (FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services preferred)

Masters or other advanced education in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or Science (or equivalent)
