Job Description

Requirements:

1. 5+ years in B2B IT Sales Executive position, preferably in IT outsourcing

2. Broad knowledge of enterprise IT solutions and software development

3. Good understanding of various IT roles/positions and relevant technical skills requirements in large organizations

4. Able to perform market research, identify and approach sales targets

5. Possess good experience and skill in selling, negotiation and deal closing

6. Able to demonstrate good track records in sales

7. Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with all stakeholders

8. Able to perform costing and pricing analysis with good knowledge of Excel

9. Good understanding of terms and conditions and contract clauses related to resource outsourcing business

10. Bachelor degree in engineering, computer sciences, or a related field


Job description:


1. Conduct research and prepare sales plan for IT resource outsourcing business

2. Execute sales plan and actively seek out new sales opportunities

3. Build and manage a continuous opportunity pipeline

4. Diligently pursue each opportunity, negotiate, and close deal with customer

5. Work with internal Resource Management team to fulfil customer needs

6. Collaborate with internal Marketing team to reach out to target segments

7. Maintain close relationships with existing customers to ensure customer success and continuation of supply contract

8. Manage customer feedback and contract changes

9. Prepare weekly sales activities and pipeline report

10. Achieve yearly target as agreed with direct manager
