Prestasi Junior Indonesia is currently seeking for:

Junior IT Officer – Jakarta Based (1 staff)

Responsibilities

1. Install and configure hardware and software components
2. Upgrade systems to enable compatible software
3. Perform tests on new hardware and software
4. Design, test, monitor, and troubleshoot IT systems, such as laptop, network, mail server, etc.
5. Support the implementation of new solutions or applications
6. Monitor and maintain computer system and networks
7. Maintain IT asset management
8. Respond in a timely manner for IT request from employees
9. Contribute to the development (or enhancement) of the Learning Management System
10. Update licenses and subscriptions for software and applications used at Prestasi Junior Indonesia

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
2. 1-2 years’ experience in IT support, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
3. Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and networks
4. Experience in troubleshooting
5. Good work ethic with excellent interpersonal skills
6. Proficient in English, both written and spoken
7. Familiarity with Learning Management System would be an advantage
