Role Description

As a Pre-sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to Sales and Marketing, as well as engaging with clients to identify business needs and provide customized networking solutions. This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Jakarta, which allows for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in Surveillance, Networking, LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Security solutions, and related industry certifications
• Experience in the technology industry in a Pre-sales or technical role
• Experience with Technical Support and Customer Service, and excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, detail-oriented, and well organized
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Technology or related field
