Sales & Network Manager Jobs

Job Responsibility:
• Develops and manages annual Sales business plan and monitor process to monthly objectives.
• Grow the business through dealer expansions, new distribution and increased penetration.
• Develops and executes professional, creative sales and promotion strategies to maximize consumer sales, profitability and dealer satisfaction.
•Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Creates and implements new ways to deliver a premium customer experience through the distribution channel.
• Monitors and reports competitive activity and recommend sales/promotional strategies.
• Initiates and develops a strong relationship with key accounts.
• Manages growth of new business by transitioning them to be loyal customers.
• Collaborate with General Manager, team members, and cross functional departments.
•Working directly with the general manager on making recommendations on both short and long-range advertising plans, sales promotion, staffing needs, leas promotions and compensation plans.
Requiememt:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum of 7-8 years sales experience in Automotive industry.
• Proven track-record in business development and key account management.
• Must have exposure to a performance based, dynamic growth culture. Diverse national customer network experience.
• Strong positive leadership skills, strong
communication and motivation skills.
• High level of personal integrity.
• Fluency in English is essential, other language such as Chinese would be advantageous.
