Senior Associate Product Manager

What You Will Do

• Establish a shared vision with all stakeholders to align the overall roadmap based on the priority and effort needed.
• Handle multiple/ bigger teams in delivering product excellence.
• Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clarity on objective and execution details on short-medium-long term product goals for all stakeholders.
• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements.
• Drive product vision and prioritize roadmap based on market opportunity to shape the future.
• Monitor product implementation and ensure timely progress.
• Launch product improvements on a regular basis, including improving the customer conversion funnel.
• Measure key metrics that inform the success of products.

What You Will Need

• Problem solver with clear structure and analytical skills
• Have experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances
• Understanding of basic product management skills
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or technical field is preferred
