Senior Product Analytics Associate

As a product analytics you research, collect, and analyze data on customers' behaviors before, during, and after using a product or service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product performance.As a product analyst, you’ll monitor the performance of products over their lifecycle.
• Create Data Visualization, reports, dashboarding, and presentations about product data findings.As a product analytics create reports and presentations about data findings and insights. You’ll use charts, graphs, tables, or other visuals to represent the data in a way other stakeholders easily understand.
• Evaluate products and find ways to improve performance.You’ll draw insights about products from the data you’ve gathered.
• Product Support Development. Assisting in creating Metrics & Define Data Points. You'll assist the product team to define metrics and confirm data structure and data availability related to the product.

Qualifications

Min. Bachelor's Degree, Min. 3 Years Experience in Analytical, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to write SQL is a must & has experience using dashboard tools.
