About Gear Up

We are a startup-focused brainstorming and partnership program that provides one-on-one customized assistance for early-stage startups based in Jakarta. We are currently developing and launching a new service that will focus on the B2B & B2C segment.

As Product Development (Intern), you will work on our social enterprise platform.

1. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.

2. Idea Generation: Assist in brainstorming and generating new product ideas or product enhancement opportunities based on market research and customer feedback.

3. Product Design and Specification: Collaborate with the product development team to create product design concepts and specifications, considering factors such as target audience, features, functionality, and cost.

4. Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and unique selling points of competitors' products. Use this information to refine product strategies and differentiate the company in the market.

5. Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating and monitoring project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Provide regular updates on project progress to the product development team.

Requirements:

• Currently a 3rd or final year student
• Innovative, creative and problem solving mindset
• Excellent in knowledge of product research
• Fluent in Indonesian and English
• Detail-oriented person
• Previous experience in product development
• Preferably located in Jakarta
