Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major. Preferably in pharmacy, chemical, and related fields
  • Having experience in the beauty would be advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation skills, and attention to details
  • Deep understanding of product planning, implementation, research and development
  • Having the ability to innovate and think creatively in product development


:

  • Conduct research on proposed skincare product development idea
  • Coordinate to complete development the product formulation in accordance with applicable regulations and BPOM registration
  • Responsible in a product development project and whole product innovation process
  • Create a new product concept through in-depth research based on the market trends
  • Coordinate with the team regarding laboratory, pilot process, and production scale trials
