Deep understanding of product planning, implementation, research and development

Having the ability to innovate and think creatively in product development

Conduct research on proposed skincare product development idea

Excellent leadership skills with experience leading product managers and cross-functional teams

Generate And Distribute Product Knowledge Insight

Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university

Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in beauty product development

Has a broad knowledge of skincare or makeup ingredients and/or is a beauty enthusiast

Great communication skills in order to have a good relationship with internal and external users
