Responsibilities

• Involve In A Product Development Project
• Innovating New Products Product Regarding The Formula, Packaging, And Other Aspects That Are Going To Be Involved In The Product
• Create A New Product Concept Through In-depth Research Into The Market Trends
• Conduct Both Internal And External User Interviews
• Engage Internal And External End-users To Gather Insight That Informs Product Decisions
• In Charge To Take All The Responsibility For The Whole Product Innovation Process
• Generate And Distribute Product Knowledge Insight

Qualifications

• Able to conduct research on current market trends
• Has a broad knowledge of skincare or makeup ingredients and/or is a beauty enthusiast
• Keen attention to detail
• Language: Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Capable of synthesizing data from various feedback sources in order to inform decisions in prioritizing and designing product features
• Create, manage, track and execute project plans in a timely manner
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
• Excellent leadership skills with experience leading product managers and cross-functional teams
• Great communication skills in order to have a good relationship with internal and external users
• Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in beauty product development
