Research & Business Development Intern

Astra Financial is a Sub-Holding and Investment company that manage Multifinance, Insurance, Bank, Venture Capital and Digital Ventures: Moxa, Seva, Astra Pay, Digital Bank and other new initiatives.

We are looking for candidates that can blend Research, Business Strategy, Operation, finance, project management and design.

What You Will Do

• Test and validate assumptions while creating a sensitivity analysis for key drivers
• Conduct trend analysis, start-up deal flow, and market research
• Conduct research and market sizing of existing customer market and potential
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify best practices

Requirement

• Capable to develop a story line and implement it in power point presentation
• Capable to talk with customer to understand their needs and pain point through interview
• Undergraduate students in Business, Finance, Engineering from top tier university
• Capable to analyze financial report and develop financial model
• Comfortable to work with people from various age, background and characteristic including with all functions and business unit
