Position: Research Team Manager
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
As the Research Manager at Neurosensum, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of quantitative researchers and ensuring the successful execution of market research projects. You will work closely with the Research Director to manage and develop the team while contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare research briefs, proposals, and plans to present to clients, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives.
- Allocate workloads effectively within the team to ensure timely project delivery.
- Participate actively in the professional development of team members, fostering their growth and skills enhancement.
- Compile, analyze, and synthesize research data into comprehensive reports and actionable recommendations.
- Direct and brief field vendors prior to project execution, ensuring clear communication of project objectives and requirements.
- Prepare project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for each research initiative.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development and other relevant departments to define the value proposition of each research project.
- Perform field monitoring throughout the project lifecycle to ensure data quality and adherence to research protocols.
- Manage a team of quantitative researchers in accordance with the guidance of the Research Director.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for acquiring new clients through networking and business development efforts.
- Present final research reports to clients, effectively communicating findings and insights.
- Collaborate with departments such as Data Processing and Data Analyst to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in project management and budgeting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in team management or leadership roles.
- Proven experience in market research with a strong background in quantitative research methodologies especially non-fmcg industries.
