Rittmeyer is market leader for High-end instruments and applications in the HydroPower and Water distribution business. Our aim is to strengthen the market presence and penetration in the Republic of Indonesia. We are looking to fill a newly created position:

Business Development Manager – Hydropower - Indonesia

Responsibilities:

· Develop and acquire new business for the territory of Republic of Indonesia

· Focus in serving the Hydropower segments through end users and contractors

· Identify, manage and maintain excellent relationships with local Partner and existing accounts

· Develop business through marketing including seminars, exhibitions, social media publication and market studies for strategic growth

· Support sales process and meet sales targets according to plan

Expectations:

· Background in Engineering / Business with min 5 years project sales & industrial / engineered products marketing experience

· Above 3 years experience working in Multinational Companies

· Strong network in the Hydropower / Power industries / PT PLN

· Self-starter and strategic thinking

· Strong business acumen and result orientation

· Good communication skills with high fluency in English

· 75% Travel within Indonesia; occasional travel to Switzerland HQ
