Retail Business Development Manager

We are looking for self starter, growth mindset individual to conduct feasibility study, market research to lead SATURDAYS offline expansion across Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external parties such as finance, operations, constructions, leasing and marketing to ensure proper feasibility study prior to selecting locations until execution to ensure the project is within budget
• Travel to different areas to find suitable locations, conduct sales forecast, negotiate and point of contact with landlords/leasing, review the contracts to meet key performance indicator set the the management
• Use capital budgeting and proper analytics planning to ensure the new and existing stores meet the Company's payback target
• Responsible with negotiation with leasing and landlord for renewal of existing stores
• Conduct markets and cities research across Indonesia to spearheaded SATURDAYS' offline expansion

Requirement:

• Positive attitude and able to work in a fast-pace environment
• Strong analytical skills and confident speaking in English and Bahasa is a must
• Proficient in negotiation, capital budgeting.
• Degree holder with 3-4 years of Managerial Level and relevant experience in business and retail development
