As part of this team, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring our day-to-day Sales and Business Development health.

We are looking for top talent to our Sales and Business Development team. You will have the opportunity to be part of shaping the current and future state of our Jakarta office. Join us, and you’ll have a substantial role in continuing to build some of the country’s strongest brands!

You will:

• Lead and oversee the business development department, developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
• Mentor and manage the business development team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to stay ahead of market dynamics.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on business development progress.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and market expansions.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive insights.

Key Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven track record of successful business development and sales in the Marketing, Advertising, AI/tech industry.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Location

JJ is an organisation with offices in multiple cities in Indonesia. This position is located in East Jakarta and is onsite four-days a week. We require all employees to be fully vaccinated against Covid with a primary series and booster.
