Assistant Of Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

·All related to Marketing/Business Development construction business.

·Acquire and retain new clients/partners including exploring potential partnerships/collaborations with business partners, other party, government agencies

·Manage client relationship

·Spearhead the developments, negotiations and executions of business strategies with partners.

·Take on marketing projects if required.

·Assisting to Senior Business Development Manager and Country Director to develop new project.

Requirements

·Having a minimum of 1 years of working experience in Marketing Construction / Business Development Construction

·Fresh graduate are welcome

·Fluent in English is preferable.

·Outstanding leadership, communication, interpersonal skills,

·Able to work well under pressure,.

·Bachelor Degree is required, preferably construction engineering or relevant qualification

·Minimum 1 years of business development experience in construction industry working with B2 contractors / consultants

·Extensive working experience and excellent in networking with contractors, consultants, developers and government agencies

·Well diverse knowledge / experience in building and real estate developments

·Experience with bid and tender process in construction industry

·In-depth understanding on business strategies and decisions for financial, operational, and sales for construction business

·Develop marketing intelligence for new project leads, market research and competitors’ analysis

·Identify a robust pipeline of business opportunities in civil and building developments

·Possess excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills, and be able to work with regional and senior management, internal and external stakeholders

·Dynamic, outspoken & drive for success
