Our client is a revolutionary payment fintech headquartered in Hong Kong that is recognized by financial institutions and regulators. Their investors include banks, large corporates and well-known venture capital firms.
To start their team and client footprint in Indonesia, they are now hiring a Market Launcher / Business Development Director to manage existing client pipeline and get the business off the ground.
Role:
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and closing new enterprise clients in Philippines. While there are inbound leads and sales support in other territories, this is a role that requires building relationships, client meetings, account planning as well as pipeline management and reporting. While developing and generating new business with executives at the senior level, you will also maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing service and repeat business.
Requirements:
- A stable work history and solid track record of success in selling to senior executives within large multinational corporations
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a start-up mindset; ability to navigate building and expanding a business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluent English and Bahasa required; Chinese language skills also preferred
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B enterprise / HRIS solution sales; experience in selling to C-suite and CHRO, HRD or other contacts within Human Resources ideal
- Experience in software, SaaS or cloud service product demos with a transactional deal cycle
