Head Of Business Development

Role & Responsibilities:

• Sales planning and management.
• Conduct market and technology trend research.
• Set strategies, analyze, and develop distribution channels.
• Develop and implement sales strategy, market mapping and market analytics.
• Handle new service / channels development.
• Building trust-based, sustainable client relationships.

Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in plastic industry.
• Strong inter-personal skills, high sense of responsibility and high spirit of initiative as well as passion is what she or he should have.
• Experience working in international working environment.
• Available to travel in Thailand, or in Asia Pacific and Europe if required.
• Very Good command in English language (Understanding Speaking and Writing). Japanese will be a plus.
• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field. MBA will be a plus.
• Willing to work under pressure with main priority to deliver, in time a quality of work.
