Product Development Head Jobs

• Monitor the new product development, coordinating related task and project which supporting the product development, monitoring, performance of product launched, the result of product launched, maintaining the possibility to enhance the product facility and specification by identifying customer behavior & demand/request which relate to the product developed and stay informed of any competing products on the market.
• Understand the needs of the business unit, identify the market trend, providing effective supporting tools and analysis, possess innovative ideas but at the same time must be firm and cautious in monitoring and controlling to ensure a healthy and profitable product mix.
• Develops insurance products together with Distribution Channels, Marketing, Operations, and Finance team, establish insurance premium and advises on underwriting policy, and responsible for the Actuarial records of the insurance company or division.
• Ensure all the data or documents or reports that will be sent to Regulators are accurate and accordance to the regulation.

Requirements:

• Having experience in managing team.
• Min. 3 years of experience in the same role and at least 15 years of working experience
• Required Skill(s): Presentation, Communication and Negotiation Skill.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S-1) in Statistic, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
