Business Development Manager (Medical Devices)

Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Medical Devices. Our respected client is seeking a Business Development Manager with suitable qualifications. The job is based in Cikarang, West Java, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Business Development department and for the entire work of the Business Analyst & Market Research Officer and Investor Relations Officer.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to carry out marketing activities, monitor customer experience, and the entire sales cycle, evaluate company performance
• Responsible for the business development starting from planning, forecasting, and monitoring to evaluation which is then made in a report to the Board of Directors as a reference for market research and business development.
• Build a business in accordance with the company's strategy, expectations, and standards with the board of directors
• Develop a business plan for the potential partners.

Qualifications

• Proven business development, or marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in medicine, biology, science or a related field
• Exceptional leadership and management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong business acumen & feasibilities studies.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and persuasive.
