Our client, a leading electric vehicle company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of BD & Strategic Partnership to join their dynamic team. As the Head of BD & Strategic Partnership, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the organization by securing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. Your focus will be on establishing financing partners for their electric motorcycles, charging infrastructure partners for fast charging stations, and distribution and retail partners as required.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential financing partners for our motorcycles, charging infrastructure partners for fast charging stations, and distribution and retail partners as needed.
- Chase pre-orders from group customers, including government and B2B entities.
- Produce Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and ensure their successful transition into definitive agreements.
- Engage in negotiations and secure partnerships with financing, infrastructure, and retail partners.
- Secure strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to support our organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain a strong partnerships pipeline by actively seeking out opportunities in the automotive, energy, public transportation, and banking industries.
Qualifications:
- Relevant industry experience in automotive (4W or 2W), energy (e.g., Pertamina), public transportation (e.g., MRT, KCI), or banking, with specialized knowledge in these industries.
- A well-rounded individual with a strong interest in business, who is quick to learn and tech-savvy.
- Outspoken with a can-do mentality, demonstrating confidence in expressing ideas and negotiating deals.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development and strategic partnerships, with a focus on leading deals rather than working as a team member or analyst.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, ensuring successful completion.
- Proficient in basic modeling and deal structuring techniques, with the ability to structure successful partnership agreements.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, understanding the broader implications of partnerships beyond direct selling.
- Up-to-date with industry news and trends, staying informed about current developments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners.
