Preferably has experience in FMCG company/Principal as a KAM

Strong negotiation and leadership skills

Developing and retaining solid relationships with key clients in FMCG Category

Must have experience of 10 years with main responsibility of developing minimum 20 stores or branches

Experience in retail or restaurant are highly preferred

Analyze business, responsible for market research and competitive analysis for store developments

Researching for potential store locations

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related major

Monitor and track sales performance, providing regular reports and analysis to the management team.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Experience develop digital channel of sales

Proven experience in a sales or business development role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with prospects effectively.

Knowledge of the industry or market the company operates in is a plus.

Membuat sales kit yang akan digunakan sebagai standar acuan tenaga pemasar di Cabang

Berkoordinasi dengan unit kerja internal lainnya untuk mengendalikan risiko dengan memastikan tenaga pemasar di Cabang memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan yang mumpuni.

Melakukan update mengenai informasi pasar ke cabang

Memastikan target produk wealth di Cabang tercapai (sharing KPI)

Melakukan training /presentation /demo product knowledge dengan target 3 kali/mgg atau 12 kali/bulan

Mencapai Target volume Indoboard Dealer setiap bulannya

Meningkatkan penetrasi product Indoboard di area yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya

Membuat Itenerary setiap 2 mingguan dan posting branding setiap visit diterima setiap hari kamis ,setiap 2minggu
