About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Business Development Manager with a strong focus on agency business to join our dynamic team. As an Retail Business Development Manager you will be working with the IPS Retail team and play a crucial role in agency recruitment to make Igloo become the future of insurance.

Job Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed KPIs through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
• Develop and manage sales plan and strategy, develop sales channel
• Recruit new insurance agents and establish strong relationship with clients
• Prepare weekly and monthly report

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the agency business, experience in general insurance would be advantageous
• Proficiency in English & Indonesian language.
• Candidate with more than 8 years of relevant experience would be considered for the senior manager role.
• Possess good communication skills with agents and with the marketing team
• Life Insurance with 5 Years experience background
• Strong networking in the agency business

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent
