Business Development Manager, Indonesia/Philippines

We have two main focuses: attracting advertisers who need international traffic and providing an international supply-side platform where sites and advertising networks can sell advertising space.

Yandex is looking for a BDM to identify:

1. new clients and establish long-lasting business relationships with them in market Indonesia/Philippines
2. new publishers and help them maximize their revenue by adopting the Yandex Advertising Network monetization platform.

• have entrepreneurial drive and the desire to develop Indonesia/Philippines market

• have deep knowledge of the e-commerce and retail market in Indonesia/Philippines from both client (advertisers, agencies) and partner sides (ad networks, publishers, DSPs/SSPs).

Responsibilities:

• Recognize opportunities and arrange meetings with both customer and publishers, drive significant value for them, and maximize our strengths in Indonesia/Philippines

• Provide insights about Indonesia/Philippines market needs and receive and analyze customer and publisher feedback in order to strengthen Yandex proposition in the market

• Lead all aspects of customer and publisher engagement through a consultative sales process and long-term business relationships

• Own and lead the negotiation process and solidify commercial agreements with senior-level executives on the customer/publisher side

• Help launch new customers/publishers in collaboration with the account management teams

• Work cross-functionally and creatively, utilize our entire organization to develop new partnerships

• Represent Yandex at industry conferences and events, including participation in industry panels when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Solid knowledge of the Indonesia/Philippines digital market landscape (e-commerce and retail and monetization players)

• Strong business strategy skills for developing adtech product roadmaps, monetization, and more

• Proven track record in business development (relationships with customers, agencies, publishers, partners, ad networks, SSPs/DSPs)

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia/Filipino
