Job Description
We're looking for people who -
  • As a sales representative for Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing Equipment, you would be responsible for identifying potential customers and building relationships with them. You would need to have a deep understanding of the technical specifications and capabilities of the equipment, as well as the needs and challenges of the battery manufacturing industry. Success in this role would require strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with engineers and other technical experts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Position must be located near a major airport in US or De Pere, WI or Southfield, MI
  • Experience selling technical products or previous work experience in technical positions or a degree in an engineering field
  • Ability to develop sales strategies individualized to the customer and their needs
  • Must have a high degree of influencing skills and be able to apply those skills at multiple levels inside and outside of the company
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Understanding of business concepts and issues including working within a corporate structure
  • Creative, resourceful problem solver
  • Past experience in a Sales Role with individual Sales Dollar Goals. Preferably sales roles for large capital projects.
  • Ability to travel at least 25% and up to 50% of the time
Qualifications
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with application engineering and operations groups relative to the application of products and execution of projects is desirable
  • General process engineering knowledge and/or chemical industry process knowledge preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication, persuasion, diplomatic and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree / MBA or technical master's desirable
  • Experience with developing effective strategies and selling proposals that win new orders preferred
  • PC literate with MS Outlook, SalesForce, PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
  • Creativity for developing projects that are not apparent to existing customers through observation and identification of opportunities during plant visits.
  • A minimum of four years selling technical solution products into OEM customers preferred
