About The Role
As the Business Development Manager at TyrAds, you'll be the driving force behind our expansion efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and opportunities that align with our business goals

Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partners.
Develop a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with Tyrads' growth objectives.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and distributors.
Leverage industry networks, conferences, and events to generate leads and establish meaningful connections.
  • Partnership Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and negotiate partnerships, collaborations, and distribution agreements.
Create win-win scenarios that benefit both Tyrads and our partners.
  • Relationship Management:
Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and clients.
Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Provide input on pricing strategies, sales tactics, and market positioning.
  • Market Expansion:
Identify and evaluate new market segments and geographical areas for potential expansion.
Develop entry strategies and business plans to tap into new markets effectively.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and approaches.
  • Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully cultivating and closing partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong understanding of tire technology trends, market dynamics, and industry players.
  • Proven experience (X+ years) in business development, sales, or a related role within the tire industry or a relevant technology sector.

  • Deep understanding of the gaming market, including knowledge of gaming platforms, trends, and monetization models.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to analyse market data and identify business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-making skills, with a track record of successfully closing complex business deals.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or sales within the gaming industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Passion for gaming and a genuine interest in staying updated on industry developments.
