Worlder TEAM is a startup under Worlder Group that aims to enable companies in the food and beverage industry to bring their businesses to the global market. We spearhead the development of AI solutions for F&B. Our current focus is on developing a restaurant operation system with novel integrated solutions based on machine learning of human behaviour to improve restaurant operation efficiency and increase revenue.

Your main roles:

• Analyse customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services
• Provide insight into product development and competitive positioning
• Cross-sell company products to existing customers
• Present initiatives to stakeholders and customers to obtain buy-in
• Conduct market research through site surveys and visits to identify new business opportunities and tailor our marketing activities
• Analyse financial data and develop effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits
• Handle other business administrative duties
• Review client requests, complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the client experience with the company
• Lead, develop, and execute new initiatives
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers
• Collaborate with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Passionate about working with customers and finding solutions that make their goals possible
• Excellent communicator, articulate, fluid conversationalist
• Diploma in business management or administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or related field, or at least 2 years of business development experience
• Must be fluent in English both oral and written
• Report to work in person from Monday to Friday
