Business Development Manager (F&B)

An exciting Business Development Manager (F&B) job has become available at one of the well-known F&B products in Indonesia

:

• Daily, Weekly dan Monthly Reporting to the direct manager
• Negotiate with customers and clients regarding the sale and marketing of products
• Contact and visit potential clients through canvassing, cold calls, and emails
• Build partnerships with all interested parties related to the marketing of the product
• Able to see business opportunities related to the products produced by the company, so that the products produced will continue to grow and survive in any conditions and situations
• Contacting/maintaining new and existing partner
• Surveyed strategic locations for product placement
• Develop, analyze, and manage the product strategy produced by the company and be able to develop a broader business strategy, so that the products produced by the company can be felt and used by everyone and society
• Seeking to develop an effective and efficient business related to the products produced by the company so that the impact can be felt by the surrounding community

To succeed in this role, you are coming from F&B Industry and have a good sense of product development strategy as your main focus.

Successful Candidate:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree Economic - Marketing Strategic, Strategic Management, or Related Majors
• Have broad insights into business in start-up companies (preferred)
• Ready to work under pressure
• Have a hard-working motivation
• Strong communication and negotiation
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same position; Business Development, Marketing -Executive in Food and Beverage Company
• Ready to join fast
