• Focus on delivering seamless, personalized, and intuitive digital experiences to customers across various touchpoints, including websites, mobile apps, and social media.
• Ensure that all digital initiatives and solutions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, with a particular focus on data privacy and cybersecurity.

• Prepare and manage the department's budget, allocating resources effectively to support digital business development initiatives.
