Head Of Business Development Division

• To acquire the number of new customers and maintain the existing customers.
• Capable of reaching the target of credit growth, creating strategy of the managed loan portfolio, and other business.
• Manage team to achieve the targets that has been determined by the Bank.
• Capable in handling for bilateral lending, credit syndication, to make and review proposal and coordinate the project.
• To maintain and build and enhance good relationship with customer/ prospective customers.
• Monitor the development of customers/debtors business.
• Lead and drive the Business Development Division to increase and develop Bank's Business in line with the Bank's strategy.
• Creating a monitoring mechanism and monitoring borrowers effectively.

Requirements:

• Having experience within marketing area in Banking Industry for corporate/commercial lending more than 10 years and preferable has experience in credit syndication.
• Possess good knowledge regarding Banking Business and Credit as well as Banking Business Process.
• Business target oriented and having wide networking.
• Solid and effective leadership skills to motivate team and encourage them to achieve the target.
• Excellent problem solving abilities and possess strategic thinking.
• Having experience to manage team at the minimum 3 years.
• Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing).
• Good computer literacy (minimum Microsoft Office).
• Minimum Bachelor Degree.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and highly motivated.
• Good comprehension in analyzing financial reports, understand about banking law and good negotiation skills.
