• Work closely with various internal teams, such as marketing, sales, underwriting, IT, and legal, to coordinate and align digital partnership efforts with broader business strategies.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with digital platforms, technology companies, startups, and other potential partners. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that provide mutual benefits and contribute to the company's growth.
• Monitor the performance of digital partnership initiatives and measure the success of implemented projects. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI)
• Collaborate with the product development team to design and launch innovative digital insurance products and services in partnership with external entities. Leverage the strengths of partners' technologies and platforms to create compelling offerings for customers.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital partnership strategy for the general insurance company. Identify potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's business objectives and digital transformation goals
• Lead a team responsible for managing and executing digital partnership initiatives. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Represent the general insurance company in industry forums, conferences, and events related to digital insurance and partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the digital ecosystem.
• Ensure that all digital partnership activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing the insurance industry and data protection.
• Evaluate potential risks associated with digital partnerships and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential adverse impacts on the business.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape related to digital insurance products and services. Use this information to inform partnership strategies and product development.

The Successful Applicant

• Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing digital partnership initiatives that have driven business growth.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in the insurance industry, with a focus on digital strategy, partnerships, or business development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of digital trends, technology platforms, and digital customer engagement in the insurance sector.
