About The Head Of Product (Financial Services) Role

Reporting to the SVP Product, you will lead all Product Manager teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and prioritisation of product capital spend against budget
• Be a leader to solve customer needs and build business context with various stakeholders across teams and function including stategising plans for growth and customer acquisition as well as retention
• Drive the product vision, strategy and delivery for their new product line. Creating your own roadmap and communicate the vision and goals to stakeholders and users
• Strategise development and communication of company's brand value to customers and partners
• Create and develop new products in the space for the company to keep up with the trend and solve user problems
• Build world-class product management team by guiding and mentoring PMs across many levels and backgrounds

To succeed in this Head of Product (Financial Services) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of the fintech environment and finance products
• Strong leadership, team-building and mentorship experience
• Passion for customers, always bringing questions back to what will serve them best
• A bachelor's/master's or an equivalent degree, preferably in engineering or management
• Ability to influence through persuasive verbal and written communication in Bahasa and English. Confident communicator and has a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Curious and highly proactive behaviour is a must
• Analytical and data-driven, love digging into data and gather insights. Able to define and measure success on every product build
• Successful track record in planning, developing and executing strategy for multiple projects while collaborating cross functionally
• Six or more years of product management experience
