Our opportunity for you:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional in Associate, Tax Services. With a full time and permanent basis, you will be one of our team assisting the clients specializing in tax to have their tax calculation and/or reporting.

Purpose of the role:

The purpose of this role is to be one of our specialist in tax to assist and advise the clients with their tax calculation and reporting.

Scope:

• Perform tax calculation, payment and reporting as well as preparing tax returns for all taxes, monthly and annually;
• Perform reconciliation between monthly tax return and general ledger;
• Responsible for monthly closing for Tax Reports;
• Perform and managing the Tax and/or Payroll calculation for clients of Company;
• To ensure adherence to the policy, procedures and practices of Company

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for efficient and effective internal and external compliance for VAT, withholding tax and corporate tax;
• To undertake ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required;
• To ensure adherence to the policy, procedures and practices of company.
• Responsible for efficient and effective internal Tax and Payroll administrative activities.
• To ensure financial data integrity, including books and records conform to legal and tax requirements;

Attributes & Skills:

• Reliable and accurate;
• Good Time Management;
• Able to work independently
• Excellent communication ability and ability to coordinate across departments.
• Have a good understanding for Tax, and Payroll processes;
• Detail-Oriented;
• Reconciliation

Relevant experience:

• Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in the same field

Education/Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Tax/Accountancy/Finance;
• Brevet A & B is a plus.
