Associate Consultant Jobs

Associate Consultants in the KF Digital delivery team will work on project teams to deliver standard solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. This is the core delivery level for consultants that have developed an understanding of and experience in applying standard tools to defined problems. Individuals will typically work as part of a team in support of a client and manage themselves and their own contribution to ensure fit. Will receive general direction with work being reviewed at project end. Is open and willing to extend knowledge in to the employee engagement surveys area.

Primary Responsibilities

• Continue to develop a strong internal brand with a network of Korn Ferry colleagues to receive guidance, leverage resources, identify additional sources of project work, etc.
• To lead process of database building in Indonesia focusing on data collection, density and quality ensure that all global standards, processes and tools in this area are implemented.
• Supports projects and/or a work-stream within a larger project. Typically, projects may last several weeks to months.
• Be an expert in Korn Ferry’s Intellectual Property as it relates to Reward, but being able to see it in the wider Talent perspective
• Conducts market research on current Reward trends, issues for country and/or regional webinar for client
• To work with advisory consultants and solution leaders to provide client solutions in the reward and work measurement area.
• Builds relationships and provides excellent and proactive customer service to internal and external clients.
• To deliver and support benchmark analysis and presentations to clients across KF Product solutions with focus on Reward area. Comfortably interact with clients at the Managers/ Director level, showing confidence and building relationships
• To deliver client presentation and workshops around reward trends and success profile tailoring

Education, Experience, & Other Qualifications

• Exposure to process and project management activities.
• Min a relevant Bachelor’s degree with min 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in professional services
• Strong customer service focus.
• Knowledge in the reward area required; preferred (but not necessary) experience in reward database building / reward surveys,
• Numerate: able to understand, use, communicate and interpret statistical information.
• Proven interpersonal skills, to establish effective relationships with colleagues cross Line of Businesses.
