Being a Recruitment Consultant/Headhunter is a combination ofsales(80%) andHR(20%).

You will do an end-to-end recruitment process from coordination and communication with clients, sourcing to placing candidates for our clients.

Assist in talent/market mapping - research of potential candidate.

Source and screen for candidates, sit-in for phone interviews and join senior consultants for face to face/ video interviews.

Prepare profiles for shortlisted candidates.

Any administrative duties as assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.

Manage employee benefits and compensation schemes including proposing new solutions

Must have strong ENGLISH written and spoken skills and be confident in communicating with English speaking.

Minimum 3 years working experience in HR Functions, especially in recruitment and employer branding.

Capable of maintaining professional recruitment workflows, LinkedIn recruiting skills such as Boolean search among other recruitment methods

Must have experience recruiting candidates in other countries outside your base country

Strong communication skills in emails, face-to-face conversations, and text message discussions.
