Job Description

Fast growing global creative agency headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. Work with teams in 8 different countries. As Regional Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of recruitment activities in collaboration with the wider HR and Team Managers.

Responsibilities:

End to End Recruitment

  • Onboard new employees including conducting training, providing resources needed, and assist in the probationary performance review
  • Source, hire and maintain up to date summary of active freelancers for various roles, including reviewing compensation, contracts and hourly work reports
  • Responsible for end to end internal recruitment including but not limited to: develop job descriptions, sourcing candidates from various platforms, manage job posts, shortlist, screen and schedule interview times with candidates, summarize candidate insights and feedback for evaluation, maintain candidate database and execute document signing process.
  • Carry out job promotion activities in the community to drive recruitment
  • Create and review assessment tasks/tests to assess candidate suitability

Employer Branding and Engagement

  • Create and evaluate employee satisfaction and feedback surveys to gather valuable insights including constructive feedback from employee exit interviews
  • Establish partnerships with universities and organizations to create internship, part-time and full time recruitment channels
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation schemes including proposing new solutions
  • Utilize candidate insights from interviews to enhance current processes
  • Upkeep our company official social media channels and advertisement channels to drive engagement and build brand awareness
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement innovative solutions and work processes aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention


Qualifications

  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in HR Functions, especially in recruitment and employer branding.
  • Must have experience recruiting candidates in other countries outside your base country
  • Must have strong ENGLISH written and spoken skills and be confident in communicating with English speaking.
  • Bachelor's degree from any related field.
  • Strong communication skills in emails, face-to-face conversations, and text message discussions.
  • Capable of maintaining professional recruitment workflows, LinkedIn recruiting skills such as Boolean search among other recruitment methods
  • Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools
  • Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently.
