Position: 360 Headhunter
Job Summary:
As a 360 Headhunter at Kupu.id, your primary responsibility will be to identify, source, and engage exceptional candidates for various roles within our organization. You will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders. Your proficiency in English, and preferably a third language, will enable you to communicate effectively with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engagement and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles and hiring needs.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for specific roles.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers.
- Proven Achievement and Experience: Leverage your proven achievements and prior experience as a headhunter in previous companies to enhance our recruitment efforts.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth interview process for all parties involved.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders to understand job requirements and align on candidate profiles.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure that candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process, regardless of the outcome.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and recruitment trends.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in a third language is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with various sourcing methods, including online platforms, social media, and networking.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achievements as a headhunter in previous companies, demonstrating your ability to identify and attract top talent.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
- Regular working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
