📝 Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist Senior Recruitment Consultants in sourcing candidates.

- Manage databases, compile contracts, and create candidate analysis reports.

- Learn various methods of sourcing candidates and closing techniques.

- Analyze the market and industry to identify new opportunities.

- Maintain good relationships with clients and candidates.

- Ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.

- Follow up with clients and candidates after placements.

✨ Criteria:

- Excellent communication skills and high self-confidence.

- Comfortable meeting new people and possessing basic public speaking skills.

- Eager to learn and unafraid to ask questions.

💰 Benefits:
